And Now, For The Results….

The last 2 ½ months have passed quickly and now I’m ready to see if all my hard work was worth it.  Since my last bike test, I have followed a cardiovascular training program using progression &  periodiztion .  This program was tailored to my goals & the things I love to do, including biking, spin classes, running & hiking.

Am I Training or Just Exercising?

Time to get serious about my training!  For the last year, I’ve been reviewing a different type of workout every month.  Of course I supplement these fun workouts with my own weekly exercise program to fill in the gaps.  Do I need more weights?  More cardio?  Stretching? Or just some recovery time?  But am I really “training” or just exercising?
